Slate spindle

All our spindle whorls are made by Glen and Tony. The whorls are sourced from Shetland for stone and Mid Wales for the slate. They are cut, and polished by hand. They are based on Iron Age finds from the Northern Isles, we sometimes have patterned ones available, please ask if you are interested in seeing these.
